Who we are

Good Get is a Third Coach product (thirdcoach.com.au). You can reach us at scottpeterson@thirdcoach.com.au.

What we collect

• The email address you join the list with.
• Your account email.
• If you choose to give them when joining the list: your role and the sport you work in.
• What you and your organisation write in Good Get: notes, and player, team and match records.
• Technical error reports. These contain no note text and no email addresses.

Why

To run the service you signed up for, and to send the emails you asked for.

Who can see it

• Your organisation's members, according to their roles. Members see their own notes; admins see their organisation's notes.
• The operator of Good Get, only to run and support the service.
• We don't sell your information, we don't advertise, and we don't share it for marketing.

Where it's stored

• Neon (database): hosted in Sydney, Australia.
• Vercel (hosting): the app runs in Sydney, Australia; pages are served from Vercel's global network.
• Resend (email delivery): hosted in Tokyo, Japan.
• Sentry (error reports): hosted in the European Union.

So some of your information, such as your email address when we send you an email, is handled outside Australia.

Players and minors

During early access, please don't record details about players under 18.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information by emailing scottpeterson@thirdcoach.com.au. We respond within 30 days.

Leaving the list

Every list email we send has an unsubscribe link. Use it and we'll stop sending you list emails.

Changes to this notice

If we change this notice, we'll update the date at the top.
